ABOUT ME

I am a personal trainer and life coach. I use weight training, high intensity cardio, and a sensible diet to create the most dramatic fat loss and strength in my clients. Each week I focus on helping clients set goals that will have a huge impact on their life. Goal setting is extremely important to me in all areas of life – due to my strong belief that continued and sustained fat loss is the result of more than just exercise but also stress management and much more. I help each client master and understand the tools they need to be successful. In addition to being my clients’ personal trainer and diet consultant – I also actively work as a life coach, helping my clients work through inner conflicts that may keep them from living the best possible life now.

Membership Details
a. All quoted prices will incur 9.5% WA State Sales Tax.
b. During months when Momentum Fitness’s availability is limited prices will be prorated accordingly.
c. Partial months & missed sessions due to member unavailability will not be prorated or refunded. Momentum Fitness will make a reasonable attempt to reschedule sessions missed with at least 48 hours notice.
d. Invoices go out on the first week of every month and are to be paid by the 25th for next month’s training. After the 25th payment is considered late and an additional $50 late fee will be charged.
