The first time you come in we’ll go over your measurements, assess your goals, and talk about how the program works. Based on our discussion, I will design a program tailored to help you reach your goals. This will include a long-term goal (three months to a year), as well as a set of smaller goals to be reviewed on a monthly basis. I will create a program for you to do outside of the gym, with nutritional guidelines and other homework like stress-reduction or self-care, to help you enjoy the process and build positive habits.
